The NPK compound fertilizer has a low requirement for the formula. Steam with a pressure of 4-6kpa is introduced into a rotary drum granulator, which is then mixed with powder phosphorus, potash fertilizer or other nitrogenous manure for further granulation with conditioner.

This compound fertilizer production line is particularly suitable for high nitrogen compound fertilizers which can produce a variety of fertilizers with concentrations ranging from 25% to 48%. As the moisture content of the materials in the granulation process is 3-5%, the drying capacity is increased by 20%-40%, which greatly increases the fertilizer yield and reduces consumption.
