Introduction to ring die granulating machine
Ring die pellet machine is also called ring die pellet forming machine. It is mainly used for processing corn, soybean meal, straw and other materials, and the pellets produced can be used to replace fuel and feed. Ring die pellet machine is mainly composed of the feeder, conditioner, particle maker, regulating mechanism and lubrication system, and the main components are main motor, drive mechanism, rotor, ring die, roller, scraper, cutting knife, etc.

Working principle of ring die pelleting machine
When the ring die pellet machine is working, the material flows through the feeder and two scrapers on the front plate into the basin. Through the effect of centrifugal force, the material would be thrown continuously to the wall surface of the die and uniform circular material layer would be formed. Then, through the extrusion of roller and the pressure plate of relative rotation, the material would be gradually squeezed to the ring die to form the pellets. Then, the pellets would be squeezed out and cut by the cutting knife into the length of needed, finally pushed by the dial gradually to the discharge port.
Features of ring die granulating machine
1. Driven by gear, so that the output is improved by about 20% when compared with that of belt drive.
2. Advanced bearing and oil seal are adopted to ensure efficient, stable and low-noise whole machine operation.
3. The feeder adopts variable-frequency and variable-speed motor to ensure the quality of discharged particles.
